University Partnerships for Global Reach
Famic supports higher education institutions in translating internationalization objectives into operational, scalable programs. We enable structured cross‑border cooperation through frameworks that strengthen global positioning, enhance program portability, and increase attractiveness for international students and partners.
Our work typically spans the design of academic pathways, governance and coordination models, and the execution of initiatives such as double‑degree structures, mobility programs, and joint research frameworks—ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and international quality standards.

Developing New International Academic Hubs
In strategic contexts, Famic supports the development of international academic hubs that extend the footprint of Italian higher education abroad. These initiatives are designed to create durable ecosystems connecting education, institutions, and talent—providing a platform for long‑term cooperation.
Famic supports hub development end‑to‑end, from stakeholder engagement and program architecture to institutional alignment and operational rollout, with the objective of delivering reliable academic infrastructure, measurable educational outcomes, and scalable cooperation mechanisms over time.

Success Story: Uzbekistan
Through Famic’s integrated model of academic diplomacy and execution, Uzbekistan has become the largest Italian higher‑education hub abroad, measured by campus scale and student volumes, enabling structured cooperation at system level and accelerating the international footprint of Italian academia.
This momentum was consolidated through two high‑profile forums—Tashkent (2024) and Rome (2025)—each convening 40 Italian and 40 Uzbek universities and approximately 500 participants, establishing a consistent platform for partnership acceleration, visibility, and governance alignment.

A tangible outcome of this sustained cooperation is a strong growth in demand: student enrollments have tripled since 2021, demonstrating how a hub‑based approach—anchored in institutional cooperation and academic rigor—can translate international partnerships into measurable, scalable results.
